Seachtain na Gaeilge at Scoil Mhuire

Seachtain na Gaeilge was well and truly celebrated and enjoyed by Scoil Mhuire students recently with a variety of activities run by and for students conducted through the medium of Irish. Lá Idirnáisiúnta brought visiting students and students of varying nationalities and cultures together to discuss their experiences through Irish. Grá Gasta was one of the highlights of the celebrations as CBS boys joined the girls for speed dating as Gaeilge. Transition Year students organised a tráth na gceist, quiz through Irish which gave students an opportunity to use the language while enjoying themselves. Students celebrated our national language through music, song, art, fun and most importantly the spoken word.
