School Bank Opening Soon

For the first time in a few years the schools bank will be open for business. The bank will be run by nine TY students with the help of Mary Gleeson. This is all part of AIB’s Build a Bank competition. The bank has already had a couple of team meetings. While a theme has a yet to be decided on, exciting promotions and a launch day are already being planned. As you might see on the posters, which should be up in the school over the next few days, people will have the opportunity to be put into a draw for a New Year hamper if they sign up for an account with the bank. A few events are being organised where the participating TYs will be able to answer people’s questions. The launch of the bank is being planned for the 10th of December.

The bank will be open for business every Thursday excluding holidays.
