Pope John Paul II

Students who completed the Pope John Paul II Gold Award attended Croi Nua in Galway last week to partake in reflection work on the award experience. Two members of the Jesuit Centre of Spirituality facilitated the reflective practice. To achieve the Gold Award students completed 20 weeks of parish involvement, 20 weeks of social awareness activities and a personal reflection. This award is a faith achievement which enables participants to take an active part in the life of their Church, their community and society. Well done to the girls and teacher Ms. O’Dowd.
