Message from the Principal

Students, Parents,

I very much look forward to welcoming all our students back to school on Monday 12th April. The sound of our girls' chatter and laughter, throughout the school, will be invigorating and most welcome! I know the girls are looking forward to live connection with classmates and teachers.

I wish to assure you of our commitment to support our students to experience a safe, positive and pleasant transition to live classes. The wellbeing and safety of our school community remains our number one priority. We are also most dedicated to ensuring a supportive learning environment for our girls.

Our students have been commendable regarding compliance with our Students Guidelines on School Reopening and commitment to preventing the spread of Covid-19 in our school community. I have full confidence in their continued cooperation on their return. Parents' support has been very important in this regard also.

I have emailed the document Student Guidelines on School Reopening for your attention. Year Heads will outline the Guidelines for class groups, 1st to T Yr, on Monday 12th. I will be most grateful if parents highlight for your daughter the importance of full compliance with the Guidelines to ensure their own safety and the wellbeing of our community.

We're all in this together - through shared responsibility we will enable each girl to start 3rd term with hope and enthusiasm, to feel safe and calm and experience a sense of belonging and connection to our Scoil Mhuire community. I look forward to third term with confidence and eagerness.

Wishing you and your families the very best for the coming weeks. Two more sleeps girls...!

Beannachtaí,

Seosaimhín
