Mentoring Talk by Pat Murphy

On Tuesday the 13th of September TY’s got a very informative talk by Pat Murphy on how to mentor their 1st year buddies. He showed them many videos and gave many useful handouts to the girls for their portfolios. He got all the TYs to write guidelines for incoming first years to guide them. All TYs felt much more confident on how they can give their best to their buddies.

The buddy pairing and party will take place today, Tuesday 27th.
