Féile na hInse

Well done to all our students who participated in the Feile na hInse competition. Over 2,000 young people compete in the Festival each year and Scoil Mhuire students have been involved since the establishment of the competition in 1984. Congratulations to Ada Kenny 5th year, who won first place in the senior essay competition while her sister Eva won third place.Tara Lynch 3rd year won third place in her essay category and Alannah Hayes 1st year also took third place in the essay competition. Rebecca Grant, Transition Year was awarded first place in the Amhránaíocht Aonair solo singing competition and Julianna Kenny 1st year won a scholarship to Irish college in the Labhairt na Gaeilge competition.
